This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated logistics sales professional to build new business while leveraging a strong international network and comprehensive freight forwarding solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If you have a proven track record in air and ocean freight sales and enjoy developing long-term customer relationships, we&#8217;d like to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new business throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding markets.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers requiring international air and ocean freight services.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and other key decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Present customized logistics and supply chain solutions tailored to customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and gross profit targets.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on market trends, carrier developments, and competitor activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>3+ years of outside sales experience within international freight forwarding.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success selling international air freight and ocean freight services.<\/li>\n<li>Existing network of customers and industry contacts within the Greater Toronto Area is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, customs processes, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT&#8217;S ON OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Competitive base salary of <strong>CAD $80,000\u2013$100,000<\/strong>, depending on experience.<\/li>\n<li>Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Retirement savings program.<\/li>\n<li>Paid vacation and statutory holidays.<\/li>\n<li>Career advancement opportunities with an established global freight forwarding organization.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture backed by experienced operations and customer support teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>APPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Tom Benfield is managing this vacancy.
